How to Choose Hiring Managers for Candidate Interviews

Select Specific Hiring Managers for Interviews with Top Candidates

   

Step 1: Log in to Your Sprockets Account

Step 2: Navigate to Job Settings

  • In the Jobs tab, locate the job you're managing and click the three horizontal dots on the right-hand side. From the drop-down menu that appears, select "Job Settings."

Step 3: Choose Hiring Managers for Interviews

  • In the Job Settings, you'll need to configure three sections:
    1. Interview Type: Select the format for the interview — in-person, phone screen, or video screen.
    2. Hiring Managers for Interviews: Choose one or more hiring managers who will conduct interviews with high-scoring applicants for this position.
    3. Maximum Number of Interviews to Schedule: Set the maximum number of interviews to be scheduled at one time for this position.
    4. Auto-Schedule Interviews with Top Candidates: Enable this option to automatically schedule interviews with the highest-rated candidates.

Step 4: Confirm Your Changes


    • After configuring your settings, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. This will finalize your preferences and activate automatic scheduling for high-scoring candidates.
