RingCentral Issues

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.

  • Restart your modem/router.

  • Run a speed test (minimum 5 Mbps recommended for calls).

2. Restart the RingCentral Device

  • Unplug and then replug in the small phone box (Yealink or Cisco box).

3. Check for Service Outages

  • Visit RingCentral Status to check for outages.

5. Test on Another Device

  • Try logging in on a different device (phone, tablet, or computer).

  • Is it just the handheld phones that aren’t working, or does it not work on through the app or on the computer?

6. Check Audio & Microphone Settings

If the issue is with the App on the Phone or Computer - 

  • Ensure the correct microphone and speaker are selected in RingCentral > Settings > Audio.

  • Test with a different headset or microphone.

7. Verify Login Credentials

  • Double-check your username and password.

  • If you forgot your password, reset it via the RingCentral website.
