1. Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
Restart your modem/router.
Run a speed test (minimum 5 Mbps recommended for calls).
2. Restart the RingCentral Device
Unplug and then replug in the small phone box (Yealink or Cisco box).
3. Check for Service Outages
Visit RingCentral Status to check for outages.
5. Test on Another Device
Try logging in on a different device (phone, tablet, or computer).
Is it just the handheld phones that aren’t working, or does it not work on through the app or on the computer?
6. Check Audio & Microphone Settings
If the issue is with the App on the Phone or Computer -
Ensure the correct microphone and speaker are selected in RingCentral > Settings > Audio.
Test with a different headset or microphone.
7. Verify Login Credentials
Double-check your username and password.
If you forgot your password, reset it via the RingCentral website.
If the issue continue to persist, please have your DM submit a ticket.
