If your internet is not working or not connecting try these first.
1. Check Basic Connections
Ensure your modem and router are plugged in and powered on.
Check for loose cables or damaged wires.
If using Wi-Fi, confirm you're connected to the correct network.
2. Restart Your Devices
Power off and unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
Restart your computer or device.
3. Check for an Outage
Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or check their website for service outages.
4. Verify Wi-Fi Connection
Try moving closer to the router.
Restart your router if Wi-Fi is slow or intermittent.
Connect using an Ethernet cable to check if Wi-Fi is the issue.
5. Check Your Internet Speed
Use a speed test website (e.g., Speedtest.net) to check your connection speed.
If speed is much slower than expected, contact your ISP.
